Who Is Cooper Coles?

Golf has been part of Cooper Coles' life since before he can remember.

At just two years old, he was introduced to the game by his family, and what started as childhood fun quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Through years of junior golf, high school competition, and countless hours of practice, that passion developed into a career. Cooper turned professional at nineteen and has spent the years since competing on tours throughout the United States and abroad, including earning status on the Clutch Tour in the United Kingdom.

Like many athletes, there was a season when success on the golf course carried more weight than it should have. The highs felt incredible, and the lows felt defining. The game that had given so much also had a way of exposing how fragile an identity built on performance could be.

Everything began to change when Cooper surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.

His goals didn't disappear, but his perspective did change. Golf was no longer something that determined his worth, it became something he could use to serve others and honor God. The pursuit of the PGA Tour remains, but it is no longer the foundation of who he was.

Today, Cooper continues to compete professionally while investing in the people around him. Whether he's playing in tournaments, teaching golf, meeting with sponsors, or spending time with young players, he hopes to leave people encouraged and point them toward something greater than the game itself.

Alongside him is his wife, Sarah, whose unwavering support has been one of God's greatest gifts throughout the journey. Together they love opening their lives to others, serving in their local church, and embracing whatever opportunities God places in front of them.

The road to professional golf is filled with early mornings, long drives, missed cuts, breakthrough moments, and constant growth. Cooper wouldn't describe the journey as easy, but he would describe it as worthwhile.

He still dreams of competing on the PGA Tour.

But more than that, he wants to be known as someone who was faithful with whatever platform God entrusted to him.
