monday:

  1. warm up routine

  2. putting practice 1 hour

  3. play 9 holes

  4. Long iron session

  5. play 9 holes

  6. short game practice 2 hours


tuesday:

  1. warm up routine

  2. putting practice 1 hour

  3. play 18 holes

  4. short game practice 2 hours


wednesday:

  1. warm up routine

  2. putting practice 1 hour

  3. play 9 holes with 3 golf balls worst ball

  4. play 9 holes with 3 golf balls best ball

  5. short game practice 2 hours


Thursday:

  1. 200 putts

  2. trackman warm up

  3. play 9 holes

  4. ball striking drills

  5. play 9 holes

  6. 50 up and downs


Friday:

  1. warm up routine

  2. putting practice 1 hour

  3. play 9 holes

  4. Driver session

  5. play 9 holes

  6. short game practice 2 hours


saturday:

  1. practice round range routine

  2. play 18 holes

  3. driver session

  4. putting game from 60 feet working on speed


Sunday:

  1. recovery day
